We had an outstanding experience with Lake Area Collision after Karl's VW sustained about $10,000 in damage. From start to finish, their communication was exceptional. They kept us updated throughout the entire repair process, so we always knew what was happening and never had to wonder about the status of the vehicle. They also went above and beyond by coordinating to have the car dropped off for window tinting while it was already there, which saved us a separate trip. Great job on the repair itself. Also great communication from the estimator as well as from the office staff. The body work and finished product was completed as promised. The detailing inside and out was better than what the car was when purchased new.
