We can't say enough good things about Lake Area Collision. Our car was in for collision damage. We had 5 star service from the front counter to the prep area when they cleaned our car, as a bonus. I do want to shout out to the prep department because when we received our car back it was like it was brand new - it hadn't looked that good since we drove it off the lot. Congrats to the whole company for teaching that customer service doesn't stop at the front counter (they were amazing also) and you have customers for life now.

I had never had an accident and hit a deer in December. LAC was very helpful and kept me updated about each step my car was going through. Very nice people and they do good work!!
Lake Area Collision surpassed our expectations, and I would highly recommend! We were hit by a deer 3-1/2 hours from home, and Lake Area Collision was recommended by the Officer helping us out that day. They sent us weekly text messages so we always knew the status of our vehicle. They always answered our questions. We received calls from the mechanic when there were any important updates.
