So pleased with the service from Lake Appliance. Lucky for me, Charles was able to give me some advice over the phone which solved my issue. Apparently the husband didn’t remove shipping bolts so it was an easy fix but Charles saved me a lot of time and frustration. He even called back to follow up and make sure everything was in working order, such great customer service!

I don't know too many people that have anything positive to say about the owners customer service, I purchased a used refrigerator 300.00 and have had four service calls for the same problem and two years later, it still does NOT work.

Lake appliance is always professional and always on time. They also have your back and you can’t trust their expertise. I also purchased some of my appliances with them which they warranty and install for next to nothing. Love supporting local as well.
