Had to get our black lab in for an ear infection and they were able to get us in within 24 hours as we are not regulars (but we will be now!) Staff were so nice and their space is welcoming!
We are thankful to have Lake Animal Clinic nearby! All of the staff is so friendly! They are very accommodating with appointments and have even squeezed us in at the last minute. The Veteranarians are very thorough with their exams and we never feel rushed. Went in to get flea/tick and heartworm prevention meds and Dr. Kristen came out to say hi to Sage. Very pleased especially after all vets in Mason City drained me of all of my resources then kicked us to the curb. As well as getting a wrong diagnose. Mason City vets you are bad. Lake Animal Clinic, you are BOSS. Highly recommended, great doctor, great prices, great all that.
Absolutely amazing with our Creed! I have been able to send pictures when something was concerning and get a very prompt response.
