My first visit was without an appointment, but Kory and Renee at reception desk got me all checked in and contacted Medicare for insurance approval. Lori Kohler and her assistant saw me, asked pertinent questions and provided excellent healthcare and advice. I have follow up appointment with doctor this afternoon. What a great facility with kind and competent staff. A+++
I really like the Chester Seneca Hospital and Walk In Clinic. All providers and staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I did not see NP Lori Koehler (nor have ever met her) during my last visit to the clinic for my high dose flu injection. I can speak very highly of both PA Heather Smith and NP Stephanie White. I am currently waiting to hear results of a MRI I had in Banner on October 27th. Thank you to all~Jodi
Great small community walk in clinic. Wait was minimal. Heather was friendly, informative and very helpful. I would not hesitate one bit to go back if I need future medical services
