Was on vacation with my family when I broke my tooth. Made serval calls to near by dentist and lake Almonor dental got me in right away. They were so professional and kind. When it came time to pull my tooth, they saw just how anxious I was and did everything to put me at ease. Thank you Dr. Jeff & his assistant Mia! You were amazing Natalie
Lake Almanor Dental, professionally,kindly and with the feeling like you were friends forever, took me on as a new patient during my lost crown episode while here on vacation. They skillfully, with high tech equipment, took care of me from x-rays to finishing a new custom made crown. If I could, I would change to them as my primary dentist and just make the 3 hour drive to see this office.
Not a Delta Dental in network provider. Employee lied about being a provider. Dentist charged double contracted rate on root canal and crown. Had to make calls to them to resubmit claim so I could recoup my benefits. Had to pay about $1.8k more than an in-network DDS. Nice people but given wrong information on how much I would get from insurance. Will not be using them in the future. ***Beware***
