I informed the owner that my truck was having issues starting and I wanted them to look into why, since I had just replaced the starter less than a year ago. I told Jack what the last mechanic told me about the potential reason why the starter failed. Lake Aire ignored what I told them and charged me a diagnostic fee to replace the Relay. We can from out of town, not knowing anyone about anything.... Earlier...2 hours out of Oshkosh, our truck broke done, AAA was great to have, the Towing company, O'Connelly Body Shop in Neillsville, WI was a HUGE help and accommodated (along with our AAA plan to tow it all the way to Oshkosh). We "Yelped" Lake Aire and saw the 5 start ratings, and boy were those past ratings correct! They fit us in and got the job done. We are forever grateful and blessed for this experience.
