If I could place 0 stars I would! I have been with this company for MANY years. I have multiple policies through them and I have referred many customers to them as well. Apparently my agent has left their company (I cant blame her!) and I was never notified..not until I got a letter in the mail from my car insurance provider stating they haven't received my EFT payment, which I switched to a new bank account over a month ago.
