We rented the space for a music video shoot. The staff made the rental process smooth and easy. The space was clean and exactly what we were looking for. They had more than enough electrical outlets for lights, PA, etc. Highly recommend if you are looking for a venue as an artist.
If you are looking for a warm, blank canvas space with an intimate feel, I HIGHLY recommend touring Lake Affect! As soon as my husband and I walked into the space we knew it was the one. So at least go look. Stefanie was an amazing venue coordinator throughout the whole process. She answered the many questions I had leading up to the day and made sure all the vendors were where they needed to be. They didn't have a bunch of hidden fees and the pricing felt reasonable compared to other venues and has the bar package included.... read more
