She was thorough in her evaluation, attentive to detail, and made sure I fully understood my diagnosis and treatment plan. I especially appreciated how she answered all of my questions patiently and made me feel heard and valued as a patient.
The assistant who checked me in as well as NP Verrett were very knowledgeable and thorough. I’m so glad that I made the appointment. My ear is much better now.
