Laitala installed tile on a new gas fireplace for me. From start to finish they were kind, patient, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process — from choosing the right tiles to the full install and completed project. They were very communicative about the project schedule along the way. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness demonstrated when it came to helping me pick out the right gorgeous tiles for my spot. They did an amazing job on a short notice. Great price and installation. Stayed way past hours to finish job. Great customer service from the estimate to the installation. Would recommend to everyone.
Paid 5k to have my basement floor leveled, after they left the floor still has high and low spots. Not to mention they didn't remove the wood trim around the base of the walls so they are now cemented in and need to be destroyed as I pry them out myself. Also multiple cement splatteres along my walls that will need to be scraped, puttied and repainted.
