Was assigned this location to return a U-Haul trailer. Was told if I return it elsewhere I'd get fined, even though I'd been able to change locations before. I went inside and the guy told me to do it myself. I am a young woman with back issues, I do not have the health or ability to unhook a large trailer and wheel it over a curb into their fields. He told me it's because of "liability" and uhaul didn't allow him to ever touch equipment and anyone who ever did that better make sure no GM sees them or they won't have a job. ... read more
