THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE!! NEVER EVER GO HERE. was in the market for a newer truck, I bought a used 2015 Silverado, was told It passed inspection with flying colours. This is by FAR the worst dealership you can ever go to anywhere in Canada. The employees there are terrible, always having an attitude, and they treat you like a POS. Everyone there from the sales department to the service department look like they hate being there and they’ll blame you (the customer) for it, by giving you attitude, and talking in a very disrespectful tone. Dealing with GM Laird Wheaton was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer. The staff had an attitude, acted irritated by basic questions, and made it very clear they weren’t interested in helping, just in getting my money. The service department at GM Laird Wheaton is an absolute joke. I went in expecting basic professionalism and left feeling disrespected and brushed off. The staff acted irritated from the start, like helping customers was somehow a personal burden to them. Asking simple questions felt like I was inconveniencing them.
