Bought a 2023 ram 3500 with 50,000 km on it they said they put new parts in it from the work order that were never installed went in to talk to someone, made we wait an hour and a half and told me to call on Monday so I called and then they said they would call me back and never called back so I check out the truck to see what else they missed come to find out there is dog poop bags between the bed and the cab. Terrible service once they make a sale would not recommend to my worse enemy.

He truly went the extra mile to help me find a larger truck for my growing business, ensuring it was the absolute perfect fit for all our needs. My experience with Laird Wheaton genuinely was great! I worked with Remy their Sales Associate, and Liam his sales Manager to get into my dream truck/color. Super professional, worked with my budget, and also threw in some extra's. When it came down to the finance department Kristine was absolutely amazing!! The sales people were great! Not pushy at all and they answered all my questions. They treated me with respect. Connor was very helpful and patient. He was also very knowledgeable about the Chevy Bolt. I would recommend this dealership.
