I would like to state professionally from a business perspective; this company is doing everything correctly when it comes to customer service, product knowledge, streamlining processes, and outstanding craftsmanship. I will be shouting out Dominic Raona who I made an inquiry with for this company. I had put in a quote request for this same product with 15 other companies, and Dominic Raona and Laird Plastics Tampa were the only one to actually respond, get me the right product, and save my company a big headache.
Excellent experience! I make game show podiums! We used them for the first time recently after a horrible experience with one of their local competitors; our issue with the competitor was originally over their attitude, but when we received the order from Laird, the we ordered had a VERY easily removable backing which we weren't offered at our previous vendor.
