Jennifer Coffey leaving the company is probably the worse thing that could happen for someone trying to build a working relationship with Calsak. She was very professional and her customer service was A1. Those same words cannot be uttered for Collin Burger. We submitted a work order along with specific instructions. I use Calsak Plastics exclusively as the source for the plastics for my company. Jennifer Coffey is who I primarily deal with and she's incredibly quick & efficient with providing me a quote, placing the order and having it delivered to me. VERY RARELY do accidents happen when large pallets of acrylic sheets are being delivered (no fault to Calsak Plastics) but if an accident does happen Jennifer is incredibly quick to get us taken care of.
