Shelby and Crista were amazing to work with. I dropped my car off that morning and had answers on the issue I was facing by 2pm. My car developed what I thought were big issues just as I arrived in the area from South Central Ks. I called Laird Noller and spoke to Jayde in the service department. She was so helpful and accommodating and understood that I needed to head home three days later. She managed to find a spot to have someone evaluate the problem at 8 the next morning!
