Ford ran a diagnostic on my 2021 Bronco Sport with 86,000 miles on it and told me that my rear differential and transmission had failed for a total of $15,000 in repairs, which mechanically totals the car. Don’t go here if you don’t have to. I went in for service as well as to have my passenger side window looked at. They charged me $100+ for a ‘diagnosis’ to tell me it would be another $750 to repair the window which would not consistently roll up. They then returned my truck with the window down (not how I brought it into them) & then refused to help get it back up. Don’t go here if you don’t have to.
Got right in. The tech didn't put a service sticker on the upper corner of the windshield. As I pulled out onto the roadway, the hood popped up, only staying closed because of the latch. Luckily I could pull over and close the hood securely. The tech seemed occupied by his phone occasionally.
Was able to get my car in quickly for repairs, communication excellent. Great experience.
