Service is slow & you never get in or out. They need better service & better equipment & more up to date services & workers .
Went here to get an ultrasound or CT. Well the reception was very nice but in the mist of talking her the rn tj Alexander took it upon her self to say I would have to go somewhere else bc the ultrasound tech was out this week. I explained to her what was going on and she told me to go head check in with an I roll. I already didn't like her energy as she was talking to me but I left bc I don't want to be anywhere I don't feel comfortable or welcomed. Bobbie Mooney fnp lacks empathy for patients. All other staff was great. I was seen I treated fairly quickly.
