For nearly 11 years, my Rottweiler Ronin has been a patient of Laird Eglinton Pet Hospital and both he and I have gotten to know the staff very well. From reception to veterinary staff, every member of the team has shown us respect, patience, professionalism and the utmost concern for the well-being of Ronin on every visit. Everyone in the clinic from Roxann (with the most heart warming smile) at the reception to Dr. Tyndall and everyone in between are so friendly and patient with us. Dr. Tyndall not only takes his time to explain to us about the diagnosis/treatment plan/lab results, answering our questions but he also follows up with us by emails making sure Fuzzy is doing well. We are so lucky to have Dr. Nate (Tyndall) looking after Fuzzy's health.
Everyone is so friendly and kind, which gives you peace of mind. They become like a second family. I also don't have to worry if my regular vet isn't working that day, all of the vets are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and always give their best care and compassion. Can you tell I'm a huge fan of L.E.P.H?
