We had family visiting from out of town whose car needed a quick repair before they could safely get back on the road for a long trip. The team inspected the vehicle, put it on the lift, quickly identified a simple loose bracket, and fixed it on the spot. As a woman, next to quality work, the most important thing at an automotive repair shop is respect. Too many times, in this male-dominated industry, women are not so comfortable talking “cars”, and often, the service men are not attuned to that. Here at Laird Automotive, the men are in no way condescending; they don’t make me feel stupid.
