The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Left the car on D instead of properly putting it on P. Whatever, not the end of the world. I started driving away and a large plastic cover piece flew from the dashboard onto the passenger side seat. Went back inside the shop holding the plastic piece in my hand. I purchased a car from Sheen N for $7,500, not knowing that the transmission had been rebuilt. Less than a year later, the car broke down completely, and the transmission broke. I feel misled by the lack of transparency about the car’s history. Very disappointed, this experience was both dishonest and untrustworthy. Would not recommend.
Laird Automotive is hands-down one of the best mechanic shops I've ever been to! I have been going to them for years, and the service is always exceptional. I’ve been coming to Laird Automotive for years, and have always had extremely professional and helpful service from Sheen. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and helpful mechanic to come here and ask for him.
Last week I brought my car to Laird Auto due to a brake issue ( made noises when braking). When I picked up the car, they told me what caused the noises. I thought at least they would charge me for the service though no parts were replaced, but they didn’t charge me anything! The staff are very nice and professional. I will come back and recommend Laird Auto to my friends.
