I agree with reviewer Chris about the overpriced parts. Laird Auto charges double—or even triple—the cost of the cheapest model they got from an auto part shop. I'm giving them 3 stars because they offer same-day service, fixed the car issue and are willing to install parts you provide yourself (though I'm not sure if they'll increase labor charges or add any extra fees for doing this).
Last week I brought my car to Laird Auto due to a brake issue ( made noises when braking). When I picked up the car, they told me what caused the noises. I thought at least they would charge me for the service though no parts were replaced, but they didn’t charge me anything! The staff are very nice and professional. I will come back and recommend Laird Auto to my friends.
My brake line broke on my way to work. I didn't want to tow my car all the way home to my mechanic in Hamilton, so I took a chance with this mechanic. I was relieved that they could fix my car that same day, and for a reasonable price! Definitely recommend.
Came in for a safety. Front staff is very friendly as well as the technicians. Helped me with all my questions and offered me fair prices. Would highly recommended. Shoutout Sheen!
