If I give less stars I would. Very unprofessional! We opened an LLC and have also been trying to get my husbands and I back taxes in order. Been working with Mr. ********************** for over 6 months now and nothing but a blank LLC binder has come from that time. 4-5 months into this process we tried to contacted Mr. ********************** about our taxes left phone call message after phone call message. This client had two issues for which we were engaged. The first was related to the formation of an LLC. During our initial meeting, I advised the client that I do not provide legal services, but could assist with the formation, and if they did not seek legal counsel, could provide state specific tools for the entity structure chosen. Jerry is the ultimate professional. His attention to detail is immaculate. He walked me through and explained everything I needed to know about my taxes. I could only wish that I was referred to him years ago. You should charge extra for the finished packet you get to take home.
