I've been to See Dr Raymond Laird in the office 3 times and once at Corewell trenton for an EGD. My experiences have been excellent. The Dr's and the staff, are professional and thorough. The office is nice and clean.
Imagine Driving to the Hospital sent from the urgent care. Your gallbladder has inflammation and infection and needs to be removed! After antibiotics and pain medication Dr Laird comes in with great attention my health, feelings and past surgery experience. I felt he actually had interest in my well being. He had a great bed side manner, and took lots of time to explain things. Surgery and healing have been amazing.
My chart was tagged to not except me as a patient because someone was sensitive when an elderly RN who has needed surgery, was unable due to chronic illness get my complete chart to the office. Thus today I was denied care, the girl I spoke to couldn’t elaborate so I did ask for a return call from whoever tagged my chart. She was very pleasant, but I actually felt sorry for her.
From day one, I was very impressed with the care and attention I received from Laird & Laird Surgical Associates. The receptionists were very kind and caring and answered all my questions about my procedure. They truly were interested in my care. I met Dr. Cristen Laird at bedside and felt very comfortable asking questions and receiving very knowledgeable answers and follow up.
