I have gone here for years, but my experience this morning was exceptional. I'm getting ready to go on vacation and I had a hard time getting an appointment due to my work and school schedule. I went for a contact exam this morning, and I have never worn contacts so I was under the impression that I would not be able to get them today. Their optician Pamela is awesome! She cares. She noticed right away our insurance coverage had changed from last year, for the worse. But with some super-sleuthing, she saved the day and my pocketbook!
