Pretty busy with training sessions especially around 5. If you go before then you can have the whole gym to yourself. The gym has a few machines that need repair, but overall a great place to workout.
My wife and I have been coming here for about 6 months now. The gym has everything you need and is often times not too busy. It does get super busy when they do what appears to be high school training classes. Pretty much all the bars and plates will be used during that time so be prepared to adjust your workouts accordingly. The gym, especially the bathrooms could use a good cleaning. Absolutely love this place!! Love when it's quiet and I have the place to myself, and I love when it's jumpin' and I get motivated by seeing others working so hard on their own goals! I especially love watching the youth groups get after it! Best gym vibe of anywhere I've ever been!!
