Absolutely disgusting. They were appointed to manage my partners investment property for 2 years and did a very poor job. Property was left in an atrocious state called fair and tear, unauthorised people and pets were living in the property and requests to investigate were ignored. I find them to be lazy, liars and disrespectful to their obligations to their clients (the landlord). They just dont care
