My mother is 65, she has never touched drugs in her life. Dr. Laing drug tested her on 2nd visit then charges in the patient room stating she came back positive for meth. Not taking into account for false positives from sinus headache medication. Then told my mother she would "fire her" if she is doing meth and sent lab off to San Diego for a test "that would hold up in a court of law". The staff at this office constantly turns off the phone so that patients can't get through. They never return calls. They constantly reschedule appointments at the last minute. Terrible practice. Horrible hours. Once you FINALLY get an appointment you sit in the office for hours. Heads up.... The number to the back line is 903-891-3167. They hate you calling this number but how in the world do they expect you to get a hold of your doctor who is suppose to be caring for you medically when they turn off the phones.!!! Would you recommend this family doctor to others? I Already Have Does this provider return your phone calls? Promptly Did this provider give the impression that they cared about your concerns? Yes Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Would you recommend this family doctor to others? Absolutely Not Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
