I wanted to give my honest experience with Laine London. To be honest, I was and am still extremely disappointed in my entire experience. While the dress itself was absolutely beautiful, the overall experience was stressful and disappointing. My biggest issue was the late arrival of the dress, which delayed several important tasks like finding the right shoes and finalizing other wedding details. My dress was beautiful, I felt like a queen on my wedding day and my experience with the seamstress Sonal and owner Miriam was great. Lundyn the other owner, has very poor customer service and she was rude from the first interaction we had. From previous reviews I know she will probably reply to this comment with a nasty response, but that should prove my point above. If you can, request not to work with her. My dress was so perfect! First of the all the experience is amazing. Having dresses selected based on what you tell them you like cuts out the riff raff and the very first dress I tried on ended up being my wedding dress. Miriam and Lundyn make sure your vision for your dress comes true. After visiting several bridal shops without finding “the one,” I stumbled across Laine London on Instagram and was instantly intrigued by their concept - wedding dresses for rent.
