My name is David MacDougall this doctors is fantastic professional service excellent staff kind and respectable im going through cancer treatment and these have been extremely paitent with me you got to remember these are just normal people working here like you and me trying to treat hundreds of paitents a day I think they do a fantastic job
I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received from this practice. I don't believe it was a coincidence that I was purposely booked into another clinic to free up space at their own, despite me clearly explaining that this was not possible for me. This required cancellation and rescheduling, further delaying my care. Called online and was at number 1 on the waiting list straight away, I was still waiting after 25 minutes, had to put the phone down. Disgraceful.
Not very helpful sometime when you need them before going away !!
