I came to this salon to get my hair colored about a month ago. Although my hairdresser was very nice and sweet, my hair did not come out how I expected it to. I thought I was getting a permanent dye… It has been a month and the color faded completely in less than 2 weeks. My total was 220, I handed $300 in cash and I was asked if I wanted the change which I thought was odd. I went here back in April to get my hair highlighted. Long story short, my hair was fried off with bleach. I’ve had to wear extensions ever since. my hair went from about breast length to chin length after getting home. I started brushing my hair and hair just kept falling out and breaking. Have been going to Laina for years and you will not find anyone better in BCS. Once she does (only what Laina can) you won’t let anyone else touch your hair. Seriously.
