Laila is so wonderful she is very friendly and does exactly what you ask for if possible. I had an amazing experience here back in September and will be returning for a trim and shaping. For context of what my hair was like before the hair cut it was very long hair and was extremely tangled and matted. She did a phenomenal job and I really appreciated her patience.

I have never left a salon upset. I was very specific on the amount of hair to trim this lady cut double (5 fingers is what I said and she cut way more). I’m pissed because she told me at-least I don’t need a haircut for a long time. Really? Nice lady but does not listen too well. I won’t be returning again.

She actually listened ! She made a few suggestions before we settled on highlights and colour . Went from full grey to what I grew up with ! What a difference .. Love my cut as well !

I was recommended to this salon by one of my classmates, so I decided to book an appointment and visit them. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Firstly, Laila, the lady working there, was quite rude, and her attitude was far from professional. Secondly, the prices were extremely high—I had to pay $65 for a simple haircut for my 5-year-old daughter, which seemed unreasonable.
