The recipient there is rude and extremely disrespectful towards my family for no reason, do not go there.
We had a great experience at Laidley Family Doctors. Despite not being existing patients, they fitted us in at very short notice on a Saturday afternoon. The receptionist was so helpful and understanding and Dr Gemma diagnosed and treated the infection effectively. The practice is clean and tidy and very welcoming and to top it all off, the visit was bulk billed. I would love to live in the area so that I could make Laidley Family Doctors my regular GP.
Reception staff are just lovely caring people at Laidley Family drs. The clinic has many professional and welcoming drs. I've always been treated with respect as a patient there. If you are looking for continuity of care then Laidley Family Drs is a wonderful place to be treated. The online booking platform makes booking an appointment easy or you can ring also.
The whole experience was lovely. From the very friendly and competent receptionists, to the lovely gp we dealt with and both wonderful nurses. We had our youngest have his tongue tie corrected and they were great. Could not fault the anything at all.
