Dr performed a follow-up surgery to remove thyroid remnants 2 years after a complete thyroidectomy. She was also to remove 2 lymph nodes. She did remove the lymph nodes but not all the thyroid pieces. But she didn’t tell me that. She took part of my para thyroid but didn’t tell my husband that after surgery. We didn’t find that out until a different doctor read my chart and disclosed that to me. My face was partially paralyzed when I woke up. So much so that my husband thought I had a stroke. Great doctor.
Was at my appointment on time. They laid out snacks saying they were running 45 min behind you could reschedule if you wanted. I thought I would wait. 45 minutes later I was still waiting, a man showed up I guess he was late he said that he was here on time last week and he still had to wait an hour or so so he thought he would come later. They would not see him and sent him away. I waited another half hour and went up to the front desk and told them that my appointment was at 10:50 and I been there on time.
