You can not write a bad reviews about laidlaw because they will try to report it to court and i dont wanna deal with it. In my opinion thats why you dont see any negative review also my opinion if you get a lawyer here try to get a new one very bad experience and very unprofessional...
Angela from there is horrible only cares about money and not the kid. Just a quick recap the state mandated that she be the lawyer of some kids for an sa case and some parties didnt have money so she didnt want to help and tryed to get out of the case when the judge said no.. the party that committed the sa was already found guilty but because the other party didnt pay she wanted to have th sa party's back stating they paid all the time which to be honest the other party thought it was the state against the sa party. I met with Angela for an initial consultation and had a superb experience. Her advice was balanced, well informed, and empathetic. She clearly wanted to understand the full picture and what my individual priorities were, and I was able to accomplish exactly what I needed. I highly recommend her firm.
Angela asked for medical forms. I sent. She refused to open them! Then a month later she gets around to telling me she needs them, but not in the format the doc office uses (a Docusign). She overcharges and makes me pay when records and court order are clear it’s to be split. This is all unacceptable as she is biased, doesn’t follow court orders and is pitting a permanent wrench into our family’s ability to get all our lives back as they were before a major event.
