A bad overall experience. I took 2 watches in for batteries and brought my own leather bands. I was charged $10 each just to change the bands, which I didn't mind paying. There were issues with the pins on one of my watches so, they ask to keep it a day or 2 to go to their other location and get the right pin. I said sure, I came back 2 days later and found out they shipped my watch out to Houston and didn't even call or ask my permission to do so. Very unprofessional have taken my sons chain 3 times due to it busting while is is wearing it doesn’t even sleep with it on. Manager SOSA is very rude and unprofessional. He went to my place of employment today and told my supervisor that he will never fix my jewelry again and to make sure to say bye to me in a sarcastic way.
