Got dinner for my family here tonight and have never had Thai food before! Holy cow are we impressed! Serving portions are huge! Food was absolutely amazing, definitely glad we stopped by! Also amazing service!
Can I give this food truck 10 stars? So I admit I’m not very versed in Thai food, but I’ve had pad thai from time to time. Heard great things about this food truck and… they did NOT disappoint!! Tried a big variety of things to share and it’s all amazing! I like too that for most of their dishes they let you add your own spice so you can control the heat. Very thoughtful!! Ordered the Pad Kee Mao, Pad Thai and Crispy Spring Rolls. I have never had Pad Kee Mao with mushrooms in it, however, I did like the bamboo shoot. The flavor was good, but it was dry. The noodles didn't have the sauciness that a Drunken Noodle normally does. They also didn't use the normal wide rice noodles. Really enjoyed my lunch here. Very filling and hearty portions. Menu has good selection of Thai staples. Food came out hot and fresh. Already can’t wait to come back and try something new. Very friendly welcoming staff!
