My experience with Dr Lai and his staff was very positive! I am a 71 year old woman recently diagnosed with invasive Breast Cancer. Contemplating my options I consulted with Dr Lai. He was very professional, spoke realistically and logically about my concerns. He put everything in perspective in a kind caring manner. I had a consult with Dr. Lai this week. I was very impressed. He was thoughtful, knowledgable, and explained in detail my options for the procedures I was interested in. He took his time and addressed all my questions and concerns. He in no way pressured or talked down to me and I am very shocked at a couple of the reviews on here. Let me just start with saying I almost NEVER leave reviews however, if my review can keep a woman from being treated the way I was treated then this is worth the time and effort. If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Lai was short and kept interrupting me as I answered his questions and seemed annoyed with my questions.
