I started off in a wheel chair Threw the years of pain management Dr Kuang understands how painful chronic pain can be, now he is living the practice Thank you to the Staff for being there at the worse time of my life. Good luck Dr Kuang you'll be truly missed.
The absolute worst staff ever they have no compassion at all for their clientele they should not even be there in a business to help people with pain.
My first visit with Dr Kuang and I wouldn't want him to leave his practice in Potsdam. He is a really caring and compassionate Doctor. He really cares about his patients. He asks questions listens to his patients concerns.

you need there care and they are not there to help with you pain meds...time to see a lawyer as they are failing to provide care and i have always followed the rules forover 5 years
