Dr Gary is professional and his staff is helpful for general medical needs. He will refer if that’s better for the situation. There are times when the office is hard to reach but we can email as well.
Trying to get a hold of someone is like pulling teeth. Oh, and then there’s a language barrier when you are able to speak to this dr’s receptionist. And to make matters worse, the receptionist is unqualified! She just told me that they sent a refill to my pharmacy, when I called said pharmacy I was told that my drs office hadn’t sent anything. I’m switching dr’s today!
I have been calling for a week, and no one answers the phone. There is no voicemail either to leave a message.
The Doctor is very nice, however the front desk lady is very lazy , no one pick up the phone during office hour, and we have appointment confirmation, they would like to change schedule didn't leave a clarify message, only asked me to call back, called back so many time no one answer, I wasted a day off until arrived office letting me know the doctor / NP not available I have to re-schedule.
