1/8/2020 The car I wanted to look at wasnt at dealer the morning I went to see it, an employees son was using the car as a loaner. Drove another Cherokee, fell in love with the model and signed papers on the one being used as a loaner. Signed papers around 5PM, London a manager comes over to verify Diannes paperwork and says "someone else is coming to look at the car". There's no need to lie and make someone uncomfortable while they were signing papers physically purchasing the vehicle. That's unacceptable. Got the car home ... read more
