6month tranny job... Wrong detent cable, 2 converters that didn't even remotely fit. Shop hooked up to extension cords. They're hurting for money and apparently I'm not the first person to get screwed. I still haven't got my 1400 back yet. Going to state attorney general an better business bureau
Bad customer service, bad products and work. Had our vehicle over 3 weeks, and didn't even do all the work, but charged us for it anyways. Put lots of miles on our car, and made it worse than it was going in. Don't return calls at all, give sketchy answers, and won't fix what they did wrong. Quoted one price, and charged almost a grand more. Do not bring your car here unless you want to get screwed over.
Great place ! People are friendly courteous and helpfull. I had work done on my front end and had an alignment done. work done same day and they made sure to call me with a price prior to doing work. kept on quote and car runs and feels great.will go back and refer to friends B-from NH

I had a terrible experience at Lahr's transmission. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I made an appointment on a Friday. They didn't even look at my car and didn't call. When I called them at 5, they had already closed. I was without a car all weekend. I had to call them on Monday. They didn't apologize or give me a reasonable excuse.
