The only reason I give a 2 is because of other staff but Dr. Lyle Whitaker has on 1 occasion caused extreme trauma to my cat because he failed to administer the sedative to my cat, he tried four attempts to put a needle in his buttock. I left that day with a cat carrier covered in shit a cat covered in shit because he was trying to administer the shot while the cat was in the carrier. Towards the end of the pandemic and when Omicron was a thing, I did not want to go in side of the clinic, we were not in lock down but still I did not want to go in. I had arranged with front desk to come out and get my dog and credit card and use my card for whatever test Dr. Cooper would need. Dr. Cooper came out to my car, with his assistant and my dog on his leash. Dr. Cooper told me there was no need to run further tests cause he did not need further tests to diagnose the issue.
