Don't book appointments online! Made an online appt for pre-employment urine test, booked a 3pm appointment on the 6th for the 16th (10 days!). Even got a confirmation text AND email. Went to Google to get directions and noticed it said they closed at 2pm so I called to check. Yes they closed at 2pm and couldn't help me until Thursday, four days away.
