WORST experience of my life, went in wanting LIGHT BROWN HAIR with PASTEL pink came out with black hair and hot pink and purple ish hair, and the girl washing my hair was pulling and pushing on my head and hair i had a headache till the next day, she didnt use her words at the bowl and simple just YANKED my hair, pushed my head down, and she even yanked me by my hair multiple times and the only thing they can say to me leaving their crying bc of the pain and horrible service was "it looks beautiful" and made us pain full pri... read more
