Everything was going well, I lost over 50 lbs until…. I finally gained some self-confidence and left a job that overloaded me with work and there was no future advancement in site. Initial appointment, surgery and initial follow up all went well, just don't expect them to have any idea what to do with you after that. Plus, the google number is incorrect and the appointment staff is borderline useless and unwilling to assist.

My appointments were cancelled 2 times and they would not make an appointment for me sooner than 2 weeks. I felt the way they handled the situation was not very professionally and I left very unhappy. Will being going to another location even though Danvers is closest to me, which hopefully will be better at helping their clients and not pushing them out the door.
