Do not go to Dr. Annie Lee, Otolarynologist. She is known for "inappropriate billing practices" and I fell victim to it. She billed for a diagnostic nasal endoscopy which was never done. Several times I've asked for diagnostic test results and its photos as proof but my request went unanswered. Why?? Because it was non-existent. I can't speak about the department as a whole but I can tell you I will never ever go there again. Your better off going to another ENT doctor or to a different hospital
Let your ENT matters treated elsewhere, as this office is extremely incompetent and shameless. The doctor was 30 minutes late, the whole visit was 15 minutes long, inconsistent and useless, leaving me with $600 bill. They will suck up your money by billing you twice - once by the Doctor's Office, and then again by the Hospital - and provide you with no support or help. Doctor's oath means nothing to them, as they left me in pain. Avoid.
I have been battling with cancer for 2 years now. Dr. Yarlagadda is an amazing doctor with superior bedside manners And heart. His nurse Pat is fantastic and office assistant Maria is always pleasant and professional. Every doctor could learn a thing or two from Dr. Yarlagadda and the way he takes care of his patients is top notch.
