BEWARE, LAHEY OPTICAL NOT MEDICARE CERT. This is not against Lahey Dr. Beware Lahey optical shop lost their Medicare certification and they do not tell you. Went there after my cataract surgery, for Medicare says they will cover one pair of glasses after surgery. The person said that I had to pay upfront and that they will submit the paperwork to Medicare. I took in my own frames and they charged me $512 just for the lens. Great staff! ⚕ They validate for parking now!
They severely overbook. I’ve never waited less than an hour for an appointment. They tell you to come early and check-in on the app just to make you wait an hour +. I like my doctor a lot, been seeing him most of my life (wasn’t always part of Lahey) but today will be my last appointment with this place. Zero respect for people’s time.
