Great staff! They validate for parking now!
They severely overbook. I’ve never waited less than an hour for an appointment. They tell you to come early and check-in on the app just to make you wait an hour +. I like my doctor a lot, been seeing him most of my life (wasn’t always part of Lahey) but today will be my last appointment with this place. Zero respect for people’s time.
My mother had cataract surgery with Lahey. Fantastic!!! Shout out to Dr.Tisdale!!! I highly recommend.
