I'm so sad that Dr. Scanlan will soon be leaving. She has been a thorough, close listening, caring, and knowledgeable physician. She will be greatly missed.

Worse things you guys did buy adding parking validation. 20 minutes lines to get in for appointments. Stupidity by Lahey. People are getting out of their cars to press buttons to get tickets which is ultimately free by validating. There are other ways to count foot fall and cars count if that was the motivation.

I am extremely disappointed with their service. I’ve been waiting for a year after booking an appointment, only to have it canceled the day before. Additionally, my PCP has been changed three times without any notice, and I have yet to meet my assigned PCP. Every time I try to schedule an appointment, I’m assigned to a different doctor. On top of that, I never receive a call or message, even when my reports come back abnormal. I’ve never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism in my life.

Care & billing have gone down hill since Beth Israel took over. I've been on hold for up to an hour as I drove to Lahey. I walked into super isor's office to show them how long I was still waiting to get my call through. My primary care physician transferred and I can't get a doctor to replace him. I'm 70, 100 percent disabled and been with Lahey Burlington for 13 years. I was told 6 physicians have left, one died and there are no doctors taking patients.
