I had a crazy commute! 7 miles took me 42 minutes at 7:03am. I tried to call to let them know about the sitch…(big accident on 128), they couldn’t transfer me, the phone line weren’t open-yuck! When I finally arrived 13 minutes late!!!!!- the woman at the front desk was SO UNDERSTANDING, then the Tech, Cheryl, was AMAZING!(remember this is at 7:45am) then we got through the preliminary eye exam, and I met with Dr Pierre- HELLO! Dr. Alanna Tisdale is one of the best neuro-ophthalmologists you’ll meet in MA, highly recommend!
I recall waiting repeatedly 20-40 min on the phone with this office just to book an appointment and for whatever reason any time I was seen they failed to properly diagnose my condition and refused me proper treatment. So much for the Hippocratic Oath. These so-called professionals by leaving me untreated and uncared for caused me an autoimmune disorder that prevented me from walking and has destroyed so many areas of my life. A simple medicine is all that was needed and they missed the mark completely. I'll never understand... read more
