Tried to make an appointment was told by some guy it would be a year wait cancer checkup fu
Dr. Teri saw my daughter today. My family history Vivian is supposed to have a yearly Preventative skin check. However, the doctor attended to something else and simply said I don't have any more time and neglected to do the skin check. Dermatology claims to be preventative for their brand, but this is clearly not true. I think over the past decade or so lady heat dermatology has regressed dramatically. Scheduling staff are rude. Hung up I will go to a different dermatologist from now on.
this guy was so rude on the phone today, he should NOT be working in customer service omg. fallon atrius health sent me here to find a dermatologist that works with them, and the guy on the phone was like "so you're a new patient? ehhh its gonna take you 15 minutes to register". as if he was trying to get me to hang up.. but like, ok i have time...? and then "so if you're a new patient who told you that you could book with Kelly Mueller?" in the rudest tone as if nobody told me I could and I was lying. excuse me? what do you... read more
The front desk person was very rude and had an attitude when I was trying to check in, and he was also rude while I was checking out. I left without booking my appointment.
