Disturbingly poor knowledge and service. After returning from an area of past Zika transmission with flu like symptoms (and trying to conceive) I was advised by urgent care to book an appointment for Zika testing. After my primary care physician admitted to not knowing much about Zika, I tried to make an appointment here. After exhaustively explaining all of this to a member of the team, I was told that this was “outside their scope of practice” (exact words!)
