Best Urgent care hands down. Front desk staff are kind, courteous, and helpful. The medical staff are quick, efficient, and speak to patients in laymen terms not medical jargon. No one likes being sick, but if you are and need urgent care, Beth israel Lynnfield is definitely the best.
Charged me over $1,000 for a Covid and a Strep test -- WITH insurance! Outrageous.
Deceptive and predatory billing practices by Lahey Urgent Care, including unauthorized charges, lack of pricing transparency, and surprise billing that were neither communicated in advance nor consented to. I visted in late April because I was feeling sick. I have full health insurance, and paid my $85 copay. I was tested for Strep and Covid. Very rude staff, questioned why we were there after our doctor's office (which was closed at the time) recommended we go into see someone. When trying to ask follow up questions, they were completely rude and condescending. Never ended up making an appointment.
The staff, from the front desk to the medical care team, were compassionate, kind and helpful. The facility itself was clean and well maintained. Walked in and was seen immediately on a Friday afternoon and was given great care. One of the best urgent care experiences I have had!
