Brought my son for an injured foot. Appointment was at 2:20. We were welcomed by the very rude receptionist as if we were putting her out for doing her job to then be reminded they close at 4pm ok I had an appointment at 2:20. The nurse practitioner Roberta Morrison really needs to find a new profession as she continued to make me feel like a bad parent for not taking my son any sooner to get it looked at. I had a very frustrating experience at Beth Israel. I came in for ear pain and difficulty hearing. The clinic was nearly empty, yet I waited a long time in the waiting room and then another 30 minutes in the exam room after a nurse took my vitals. My vitals were normal, but no doctor ever came to see me. The staff interaction also felt dismissive and unhelpful. Went to this Lynnfield location during a snowstorm first thing in the morning I made the appointment the night before from my bed. I never knew this existed and It’s only a mile away from my house. Wonderful experience! The man who checked me in was so kind and pleasant he also ended up doing my chest x-ray. The nurse who did my testing and EKG was incredibly kind and warm.
